Once you are satisfied with your introduction, please insert a picture! This will be the flagship of your article. How can you add a picture? On the right it says “Featured image”. Now click on “Set featured image” and another window will pop up. Upload your main image and click on “Set featured image” at the bottom right. Please make sure to add a caption with a short description and, most importantly, the copyright information.

Next step: Use the text block under the headline to start with the main part of your post. What should it entail? Focus on key messages you would like to share with your audience and use a simple language instead of techincal terminology. The lenght of a the blogpost shoud be between 300 and 800 words – the cripser, the better!

If you want to add a picture in your text, click on the black + button („Add block“) and you will see the option „image“. Just click on it and follow the instructions.

Moreover, readers love personal statements and expert quotes – while your experts love being quoted! Adding more pictures (as described above) in the text body will further support you in giving the audience a good reading experience.

Tip: If you haven’t tried the main navigation on the top bar yet (see screenshot directly below), we recommend using it. You can for example add links or change the order of the text blocks, pictures and the other content elements.

Last but not least: Click on the tab „Author“ and fill in the name of the author and your organisation.

Once you are done and satisfied with your artilce, please click the blue button Publish on the top-right. The EUKI communications team will review your article and publish it as soon as possible.
