Action Plan for the Establishment of an One-Stop Shop for Building Renovation in Prishtina

dflip

EUKI project RenovAID supports the governments of Albania and Kosovo in developing policy frameworks to improve the energy efficiency of buildings in line with EU requirements, thereby contributing to a climate-neutral building stock and supporting their path towards EU accession.

The publication “Action Plan for the Establishment of a One-Stop Shop for Building Renovation in Prishtina” outlines a practical framework for setting up a One-Stop Shop (OSS) in Kosovo to serve as a central point of contact, providing technical, financial, and advisory support throughout the renovation process. It identifies key barriers, including low awareness, high upfront costs, limited technical capacity, weak policy frameworks, and a lack of financing mechanisms. The report addresses these systemic challenges, emphasising the importance of coordinated support and closer cooperation among stakeholders to enable effective and scalable building renovations.
