Handbook on One Stop Shops in Kosovo

dflip

EUKI project RenovAID supports Albania and Kosovo in improving energy efficiency in the building sector. It helps governments develop policies that align with EU climate and energy requirements while addressing energy poverty. By fostering collaboration among public authorities, experts, and citizens, the project creates tools and strategies to accelerate the renovation of buildings and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

The Handbook on One-Stop Shops in Kosovo is a practical guide to establishing local one-stop shops that simplify and speed up home renovations. It explains the benefits of these centres, provides European best practices, and gives tailored recommendations for Kosovo. The handbook aims to help municipalities, particularly in Pristina, set up services that connect homeowners with experts, financing options, and reliable contractors, making energy-efficient renovation more accessible and effective.
