Local Climate Actions Plans Across Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Serbia

dflip

EUKI project Green Kick supports 15 municipalities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Serbia in developing Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plans (SECAPs) and advancing local decarbonisation. In cooperation with civil society organisations, it provides training, expertise and opportunities for dialogue and public participation to support local climate action.

This catalogue presents 17 Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plans (SECAPs) developed by municipalities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Serbia. It highlights three municipalities that received €6,000 grants for pilot climate investments, ranging from a solar-powered smart bench to energy-efficient maintenance equipment and an educational “solar tree”. The examples show how strategic planning and local cooperation can translate into concrete climate action.

The publication is available in Bosnian only.
