EUKI project OUR-CEE aims to improve the efficiency and sustainability of public building renovations in Bulgaria, Croatia, Poland, and Romania, driving deeper renovations and increasing the renovation rate to achieve a climate-neutral building stock by 2050.

These renovations are essential for reducing emissions and achieving EU climate goals. Despite ongoing efforts, renovation projects often underperform due to barriers such as inadequate regulation, limited technical expertise, and poor monitoring.
