EUKI Academy Web Seminar: Just Transition – Engagement and Communication Strategies
In this EUKI Academy Web Seminar, participants will learn about communication and engagement strategies of just transition processes.
Online
05. March 2026
11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
This web seminar explores approaches to communicating a just transition, highlighting how different stakeholders can be engaged and included in its implementation. Climate action represents a complex and sometimes sensitive objective, which is accompanied by significant transformation processes. Therefore, communicating climate action effectively and connecting with people on the ground on the matter is important. The aim of the web seminar is to deepen the understanding of opportunities and challenges in designing and communicating transition processes and to share applicable strategies with the EUKI community. Besides an academic perspective on the matter, the web seminar will also apply a best practice approach by including perspectives and experiences of implementing organisations in EUKI projects.
Web Seminar Topics:
- Engagement of different stakeholders, communities and civil society in transition processes
- Challenges and experiences of municipalities in a just transition process through insights of EUKI project Green Horizons – Enabling Just Transition
