EUKI Academy Training: Leadership
Do you have a leadership role in an EUKI project with its various partners and want to improve your leadership skills? This interactive training on 22 – 24 June, 9am – 1pm CEST, will provide you with practical insights into leadership styles, decision-making, and effective team management in European cooperation.

This course will provide you with in-depth knowledge of leadership approaches, tools and styles in terms of communication, decision making and effectively leading teams in European cooperation. We will work together to clarify roles and share typical leadership challenges. We invite you to bring your own examples. You will develop crucial foundations on how to set up and lead good project collaboration. Plus, it will be a nice networking experience!
The trainers Marcus Andreas and Lia Weitz, both former senior project managers in the field of climate action, will guide you through the interactive training using digital methods and tools on the 22 – 24 June 2026, 9am to 1pm CEST.
