Disbursement Process Made Simple: A 4-Step Walkthrough 

In the first 10 minutes of the session, Dorothea from our finance team will provide an overview of how to plan and carry out the disbursement of your EUKI funding. Since our standard documents have recently changed, we’d like to give you a clear introduction to the updated disbursement process – in particular, when and how to submit each document. 

You’ll learn how the Schedule of Funding Requirements, the Request for Disbursement, and the Disbursement Plan are connected. We’ll highlight the key points to keep in mind when filling them out and explain the right timing for preparation and submission. 

After the short presentation, we’ll open the floor for your questions – whether they’re about financial implementation, reporting requirements, or any other topic related to your project.
