This interactive online seminar brings together experts and practitioners to discuss industrial policy approaches for strengthening the production and competitiveness of low-carbon technologies. Topics include renewable energy technologies, heat pumps, electric vehicles, and the development of new industrial ecosystems under conditions of growing geopolitical and economic uncertainty. A presentation on Germany’s experience with low-carbon industrial strategy and a moderated discussion on policy design and implementation in Europe will frame the exchange.
The seminar is aimed at entrepreneurs, sector experts, and policymakers working in the fields of industrial, trade, climate, and economic policy who are interested in strengthening green manufacturing and exchanging European perspectives.
