Promoting environmental awareness in the classroom – a guide for teachers

In the 60-minute web seminar, which is offered on five dates by the EUKI project EcoFootprint Romania, German-speaking teachers will learn how they can design their lessons with sustainable topics.

This web seminar provides a comprehensive introduction to the EcoFootprint eLearning platform. It covers innovative teaching methods and practical guidance on incorporating environmental awareness into classroom settings. A live demo and interactive Q&A session are included, offering valuable insights to facilitate the immediate implementation of concepts in educational practice.

Upon completion of the web seminar, exclusive access to the platform will be granted, along with additional resources, methods, and tools designed for long-term support.

What is EcoFootprint Romania about?

The project is an international educational initiative, funded by the BMWK, that equips teachers with the knowledge and resources they need to foster environmental awareness among students. The goal is to contribute together to a more sustainable future.

The web seminars will be held in German, and the upcoming dates are:

  • Tue. 24 September 2024: 14:00-15:00
  • Wed. 09 October 2024: 15:00-16:00
  • Tue. 22 October 2024: 16:00-17:00
  • Thu. 07 November 2024: 15:00-16:00
  • Mon. 04 December 2024: 16:00-17:00
