Communication Strategy Training – Register below

Do you produce high-quality project outputs which do not reach enough people? We believe that effective communication is a key factor for the success of your EUKI project. Therefore, we want to give you the opportunity to work on your communication strategy at a two-day training in Budapest on 29 and 30 March 2023.

The event will be led by coach and communications consultant András Sztaniszláv and project and marketing manager Alexandra Kelemen-Létai. At the opening, the Hungarian journalist András Rostoványi will share insides on how to pitch your project to the media.

  • How to attract media coverage of your EUKI project.
  • Recapping on your project & developing concrete communication goals.
  • Identifying your main target groups.
  • Picturing a typical representative of your target group (persona).
  • Positioning, core messages and storytelling exercise.
  • Identifying touchpoints and measures.
  • Developing a communication plan.
  • Writing a strategy one-pager.
  • Defining the next steps for your EUKI project.

Moreover, there will be plenty of room for networking and knowledge exchange with other EUKI project members as well as Oliver Hölcke and Anselm Bareis from the EUKI communications team.

To keep the training as interactive as possible, we will provide space for 20 participants only. Please register below by 10 March 2023 and note that registration doesn’t equal participation. The EUKI team will select after eligibility and sustainability and send you a confirmation of participation along with further details by 14 March.
