The EUKI Academy Online Matchmaking is designed to help you connect with potential consortium partners for future collaboration and joint project proposals. To support this process, a networking overview will be available, allowing you to look into project ideas, collaboration needs, and contact information.
During the live online session on 3 December, a series of small breakout groups will be organized, giving you the opportunity to connect with peers, share your expertise, present your own project ideas or learn about the potential ideas of others. The focus will be on getting to know fellow experts, building connections, and laying the groundwork for follow-up meetings.
If you already have a concrete project idea and are looking for partners, you can request to host your own project breakout room. Please indicate this in the registration form below.
Participants without a concrete project idea are welcome to join one of the breakout rooms presented by others.
This interactive event is a great way to kick-start partnerships and connect with others in the climate action field. Don’t miss your chance to participate and register by 21 November 2025!
Please note that the live online session will be an open space to talk to others, active participation is highly encouraged.

What happens with my information?
Your information will be included in our networking overview to help you, and others connect and exchange with other participants. Thus, please be aware that the information you enter will be shared with other registered participants of the event.
What happens after my registration?
After your registration, you will receive an automatic confirmation. By 28 November, you will receive an organised networking overview, detailing the information participants and organisations shared, allowing you to reach out directly. Additionally, you will receive the link to participate in our live online matchmaking session on 3 December. This optional event will be an open platform for you to get to know the other participants and have room to exchange ideas. It will include several breakout rooms to engage with existing project ideas looking for support.
Do I have to attend the online event on 03 December?
No, you do not but we encourage joining to meet others online, share ideas and build connections. By registering, you agree to share your information with other participants and will receive access to the networking overview. This contact database will be accessible offline regardless of the live online event in December. The session in December is an optional additional offer, allowing you to talk directly to others who have entered the networking pool.
Will this event contain information about the next EUKI call for project ideas?
No, this is not an information session about the next EUKI call for project ideas. When the next window for project application is announced, EUKI will host a dedicated Info Day, which will be advertised on our website.
