Handbook on One Stop Shops in Albania

dflip

EUKI project RenovAID supports Albania and Kosovo in improving energy efficiency in the building sector. It helps governments develop policies that align with EU climate and energy requirements while addressing energy poverty. By fostering collaboration among public authorities, experts, and citizens, the project creates tools and strategies to accelerate the renovation of buildings and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

The Handbook on One-Stop Shops in Albania provides practical guidance on establishing local centres that make building renovation easier and more accessible. It explains the benefits of one-stop shops, showcases successful European examples, and offers step-by-step recommendations for setting up a pilot in Tirana. The publication aims to help municipalities, policymakers, and communities promote energy-efficient, climate-friendly renovations while supporting vulnerable households
