The Decarbonized and Low-Emission Zone Cookbook

dflip

EUKI project ClimAct CEE transforms three pilot urban zones in Bulgaria, Croatia, and Romania into energy-wise, climate-friendly, and clean air spaces for its citizens. This guidelines serves as a local planner to establish climate-neutral zones, integrating energy and air quality policies to tackle both air pollution and climate change effectively. It provides methods for defining scope, setting targets, and developing inventories for Decarbonized Low-Emission Zones (DLEZ) and describes tools for data collection on buildings, mobility, and renewable energy deployment.
