26. September 2022 - Climate crisis and rising food prices – How to solve two problems at the same time?

Our food system is unsustainable and susceptible to economic and climate shocks which we are already experiencing and which are expected to become even more dire in the future. Without substantial and efficient measures, rising food prices can become a constant, further worsened by the ongoing climate crisis.
