20. May - 03. June 2021 - Using Design Thinking for Project Development

To navigate the ever growing complexity, climate activists and specialists need new tools and methods which allow them to design effective climate interventions which maximise the impact for the target groups.

Design Thinking is a mindset that encourages you to put your users first; it is also a practical, actionable methodology that can be applied in almost any setting. With its fusion of creativity, shared leadership and efficiency, Design Thinking can help overcome traditional management models sometimes ill-suited for the problems faced in our projects.

We are inviting you to an exciting hands-on journey of Design Thinking that will help you to solve climate challenges creatively and develop convincing project proposals that address the true needs of users/stakeholders.

In this EUKI Academy Online training you will learn to turn user and/or stakeholders needs into human-centered solutions and move from ideas to actions through prototyping and testing.

It is a collaborative and creative workshop in which you work with your peers in multi-disciplinary teams to come up with user-centric solutions for a real-life challenge.

Since the different sessions will build on one another and you will be working in fixed groups active participation and signing up for all 5 sessions will be mandatory.
