Welcome to round three of the EUKI Consultation Hours!

In this event, the EUKI finance team and PR team are here to answer your questions.

 

10:00 – 11:00 CET Consultation Hour Finance Management

“Get your internal control under control” – How to systemize your internal control measures – In the first part of the consultation hour, Birgit and Dorothea from the EUKI finance team will start with a general overview of what basic internal control measures are, what principles they follow and how you should implement them into your daily work. Afterwards, we welcome any questions you may have about the financial implementation of your project e.g. how to prepare your financial statements, what reporting periods to consider, reporting costs according to the budget etc. – by discussing your questions in the consultation hour, you don’t only get an answer but also help the finance managers of other projects to learn more about EUKI’s financial and commercial rules and regulations.

11:00 – 12:00 CET Consultation Hour Public Relations

“Connecting, Collaborating, Communicating” – In the second hour Oliver and Anselm from the EUKI PR Team will give you the latest update on EUKI´s PR. Afterwards, they will answer any questions you may have about your project’s communications, such as the visibility of your project, contribution on the website or which tool to use for a successful online seminar.
