Cities Driving Circular Behavior
#EUKICON26 || Day 2 || 10:45 AM
This workshop examines how Urban Resource Centers (URC) can drive circular behaviour in cities by sharing practical lessons, project insights, and best practices through interactive peer exchange.
Description
The workshop will include key insights and lessons learned from the EUKI project CURE+, highlighting tested approaches, challenges, and measurable impacts. Building on this foundation, first findings from the ongoing EUKI project VIBE will be shared, offering fresh perspectives on activating communities and scaling circular practices at the urban level.
Participants will engage in a dynamic round-table discussion to explore best practices, success factors, and common barriers of Urban Resource Centers across different countries. Through peer learning and cross-sector dialogue, the workshop aims to identify practical strategies which can be adapted to various local contexts.
This workshop is designed for practitioners, policymakers, researchers, and urban innovators who want to strengthen circular behavior in cities and exchange hands-on experiences with an international network of experts.
