Report: Inclusive Transformation of the European Materials Sector

The “Climate-Friendly Materials Platform” advocates the decarbonisation of the basic materials sector in Central and Southern Europe. An essential part of the project are Round Tables bringing together policy makers, industry and academia. This study provides an overview of the path towards a low-emission basic materials sector in Hungary, Poland and Greece. It shows the status quo as well as national and European solutions. In particular, the advantages of Europe-wide policy measures and European cooperation are evident.
