EUKI Academy Training: Project Management
You manage multilateral EU climate projects with diverse partners and want to learn how to better organise your work across partner countries? By the end of this course, you will have a sound knowledge of project management tools for coordinating as well as planning, monitoring, and evaluating (climate) projects in European cooperation. You will also exchange and apply useful agile project management approaches and have gained crucial basics on how to set up a functioning and well-flourishing team. Plus, it will be a lively network experience.

Facilitators Marcus Andreas and Lia Weitz, who have both worked as senior project managers in the field of climate action, will guide you through the online training on 14-15 December, 9:00 – 15:30, using digital methods and tools like Miro and Mentimeter.

For participation, please fill out the form by 1 November 2023. We will get back to you with the opportunity to finalise your registration in the middle of November. Please note that capacities are limited. We reserve the right to reject applications in the case of too high demand.
