NEW guidance from the BEACON team to support your virtual meetings!

Building on our extensive virtual work in 2020 and the EUKI Academy web seminar held last June, the BEACON team is happy to present its Guide to Virtual Collaboration. This Guide contains an extensive array of standard good practices in leading and organising online events, interwoven with experiences and insights from the BEACON project team. If you’re new to the topic and looking for comprehensive introductory guidance on implementing virtual meetings or just looking for some tips on a particular topic, this Guide is for you!

The Guide is structured in three parts:

  1. Organizing and designing virtual events
  2. Facilitating and moderating
  3. Collaborating

It also contains clearly labeled sub-sections so you can zoom in on what’s most relevant to you.

Despite the ongoing efforts to fight the COVID-19 pandemic, virtual working is still the norm and climate action is still critically important. Our hope is that with this Guide, our readers and the larger EUKI Community are inspired to continue their vital virtual work on climate action in communities across Europe.
