Report: Making the Grade? A Review of Eight National Energy and Climate Plans in Central and Eastern Europe

In this report, the CEE Bankwatch Network evaluated national energy and climate plans (NECPs) in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). The authors examined the level of public participation and the climate action ambition on the basis of seven factors. The publication takes a critical look at the NECPs in Latvia, Romania, Estonia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria and Poland.
