Report: EU Energy Performance of Buildings Directive: Guidance for public officers – Navigating new requirements for renovation strategies

This guide was developed under the framework of the EUKI project Our Buildings. It shows the steps and measurements that should be taken to meet the new EU requirements for buildings and to produce a successful strategy. The report highlights areas that need to be addressed in Bulgaria and/or Romania and examples of good practice by other EU Member States.
