Repower communities – not fossil fuels

The REPowerEU plan aims to mobilise close to EUR 300 billion for Member States to update their recovery and resilience plans, providing additional support for energy efficiency and renewable energy measures. 

The aim of the briefing ‘Repower communities – not fossil fuels’ by CEE Bankwatch Network and REScoop.eu is to provide an overview of all revised and submitted national recovery and resilience plans that include additional reforms and investments. In particular, it analyses whether and to what extent the planned measures facilitate a greater involvement of citizens in the energy transition. The briefing was written for EUKI project Local Leaders for the Next Generation.
