This online talk by EUKI project Bringing Climate Action to the Table will put emphasis on the main technological innovations and consumption trends of some high-quality alternative proteins with a lower environmental impact. Advances in research on plant-based diets, micro and macroalgae, and microbial protein will also be discussed
