dflip

The current document has been inspired by the specific demand to address the cross-cutting issue of poor heating practices and increased air pollution in urban and rural areas in the EEC. Its major aim is to support the local policy makers in exploring the multiple environmental and climate impacts of energy poverty by focusing on the development and implementation of joint clean air and energy poverty policies.
